Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method at checkout. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delays
Grillix Pickleball is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Grillix Pickleball is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
